Immediately restore income and estate tax rates to Clinton-Gingrich levels and then begin a major re-write of the IRC. Absolutely no Social Security benefit cuts [but tighten up disability eligibility] and increase funding to target a 50-year solvency goal with 50% of new taxes coming from a Wage Base extension and the other 50% coming from FICA rate increases Replace Obamacare with Medicare for everybody and Medicaid as a low income supplement. Look at a Humphrey-Hawkins remedy for unemployment. Get a buzz going about population levels, planet stress, super bugs, food production, resource depletion, carbon dioxide levels, etc.
